Office Administrator

Solar Montana is a renewable energy contractor servicing Helena and the surrounding area. We are a small but busy company that is looking to hire for the position of office administrator to help with our growing business. www.solarmontana.com

This position is 30 to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Compensation is DOE. 401 K available as well holidays and PTO. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and respond to client calls in a cheerful, helpful manner.
  • Manage incoming emails and generate responses in a punctual manner.
  • Greet clients entering the office
  • Marketing outreach: General updates to website and FB/Linkedin accounts
  • Assist with project management and coordination with our installation crew.
  • Call clients to schedule appointments, relay messages
  • Other basic administrative tasks
  • Delivery of parts to installation crews.
  • Light office cleaning

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent people skills and optimistic personality with confident attitude
  • Computer Competence with email, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in the last 5 years)

 

Preferred:

  • Strong interest in Renewable Energy
  • +1 years experience in Construction or Energy industry
  • Excellent Social Media skills
  • Experience with Project management software such as Trello, and Google Suite
  • 1 – 2 years of office experience
